Evidently, the electoral bloodbath on Tuesday managed to overshadow the news about those four new states that just recently joined the union.
This was at the top of the front page. Does the Journal even have editors anymore?

The Times Union (online) referred to the new governor as Mario Cuomo (governor in the 80s-90s) instead of his son Andrew Cuomo
The SF Chronicle has equally sloppy work and is just a notch above the Examiner which is notorious for misspelling San Francisco on the front page.
