I always just liked this song. It makes me think of mildly hungover nights driving around San Francisco, which begs the question of why I like it so much. But still…

I’ve always liked this song even though in theory Sheryl Crow really annoys me. It’s not a great song, but there’s something oddly comforting about it as are certain things from the not so distant past that, all the same, are clearly of another era. This one hit just around the time I was putting into place plans to move to California.
